Our flexibility and commitment to work closely with each school allows us to deliver custom camp packages to exceed each schools needs and expectations.

We understand that each school approaches camp differently and our versatile venue provides endless possibilities and opportunities for both primary and secondary school camps.

  • Minimum Commitment
    • Cancellation within 60 days of camp commencement 50% of expected total fee
    • Cancellation within 30 days of camp commencement 75% of expected total fee
  • Confirmation & Payment:
    • Bookings will be held, upon receipt of this application form for a period of 30 days, thereafter dates may be offered to other groups. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of $500. Please forward all payments to; The Francis Retreat; BSB: 062-592; A/C No: 10826698; Ref: Organisation Name
    • The balance of all charges are to be paid prior to arrival, upon receipt of final numbers and a tax invoice. Any additional charges (extra beds, breakages etc) will be invoiced and payment is requested within 14 days.
  • Booking Agreement
    As group leader I have read and agree to the ‘General Conditions of Hire’ included herein and accept full responsibility for ensuring that all group members are made aware of, and abide by these conditions.   • The information provided by participants is obtained for the purpose of supporting employees and providing high quality program. It will be used to meet the duty of care and child protection responsibilities of the organisation and to support the information needs of the employees and participants. The information will only be disclosed for purposes directly related to the purpose for which it is collected.
